- The benefit does not apply to classic, antique vehicles or modified vehicles.
- The purchase of the vehicle is subject to a physical inspection at a Motus Dealership.
- The benefit applies to vehicles being in good condition. “Good condition” is defined as a vehicle not requiring any reconditioning or roadworthy related items (e.g. new tyres).
- Should the vehicle not be in “good condition”, then Motus may choose to not purchase the vehicle.
- If Motus does choose to continue with the purchase then any reconditioning and roadworthy costs will be itemised by Motus and deducted from the base offer price.
- These costs will be as per the estimation of the buying dealer. The boost will then apply to the reduced base price.
- The vehicle must have a full service history in place, with all services completed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or by a Retail Motor Industry (RMI) or Mot Industry Workshop Association (MIWA) approved dealer
- If the vehicle has had severe structural or mechanical damage at any point in the vehicleʼs history then Motus may choose to not purchase the vehicle.
- Any misrepresentation of the vehicle condition or information, would render the offer invalid. Offer valid for 3 days. The final purchase of the vehicle is based on the terms and conditions listed above
